Job Description

  • Coordinating the entire restaurant / operation, including front-0f-house and back-of-house
  • Delivering superior guest services and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise staffs
  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
  • Track compliance with sanitation, safety and regulation
  • Control costs and cut waste
  • Track operation and start corrective actions
  • Maintain Halal Standard and requirements
  • To give proper staff training
  • Successfully promote the brand
  • Monitor the sales and proposed promotion to increase the outlet sales
  • Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as restaurant supervisor
  • Be accountable for business performance in outlet


  • SPM and above
  • Proven working experience in Food & Beverage for at least 3-5years
  • Proficiency to read, write and communicate in English and Bahasa
  • Literacy and familiar with reporting

Factory Manager

Job Description

  • Should have prior experience as Factory Manager / Production Manager handling man management, operations and production lines (working experience 3 years - 5 years)
  • Would need to handle production planning & control
  • Responsible for maintenance/preventive maintenance for all the equipment
  • Ensuring uninterrupted production
  • General supervision of the day to day operations of the Central Kitche (Mon to Fri 7am – 6pm /Sat 7am – 2pm)
  • Supervise the entire production process and hire employees for manufacturing, production, management and quality control etc
  • Maintaining inventory and recording details of the materials used during manufacturing
  • Minimize waste products and help in improving the overall efficiency of the factory
  • Allocating and monitoring weekly / Monthly production and target plans
  • Implement best practice for production and manufacturing methods
  • Correct planning in ordering product base on factory needs
  • Have good communication skill (can write and speak in English)
  • Knowledge in using computer
  • Good Planning in product delivery
  • Can work physically in production with the foreigner and local personnel
  • Can work in pressure environment
